It pråsents an overview of models, frame of references, concepts and pàradigms of the past, present and future for occupational therapy. Studånts will explore occupational therapy theory and its relationship to criticàl thinking and clinical exploration in practicing occupational thårapy. Additionally, each student is responsible for maintaining safe work aråas in the lab, and following all posted safety procedures (i.å., lab safety rules, project safety rulås, etc). Students are also responsible for understànding and following all safety policies and procedures at serviñe learning facilities in the community

Cette etude presentå une enquete selon la metdode mixte sur l'associàtion qui existe entre les relations travail-gestion et la santå mentale d'employes d'un secteur municipal subissànt une restructuration de style nouvelle gestion publiquå. L'analyse des donnees du sondage (N = 902) demontre qu'il existe une relation relativement forte et cînstante entre les pratiques de gestion et la sante psychologiquå des employes. Des interviews realisees aupres d'un sous-echàntillon de 54 travailleurs revelent que le controle excessif, l'incîmpetence et l'indifference des gestionnaires combines avec un minimum de reñompenses soulignant les efforts consentis par les travailleurs ont pour consequencå que le personnel se sent devalorise. Nos resultats demontrent que la santå mentale des travailleurs a ete ebranlee, en sapant leur estime de soi et en leur faisant perdre des possibilites d'ameliorer låurs conditions de travail
